| 11th: World Marriage Day | Salutes the beauty of the faithfulness, sacrifice, and joy in daily married life. We congratulate all of our married couples and thank you for this gift of love that you share with your families and with your parish family. |

| 23rd: Soup, Salad, Lent and Reflection | Fridays during Lent starting on February 23rd at 5:45PM. We will be reflecting on scripture for the Lentenn season. A light supper will be served in the Parish Center followed by Stations of the Cross in English, at 7PM in the Church. |

| 8th: Article | The Evangelist, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany's newspaper, published a feature on our new parishioner, Maeve Smith, a LAMP missionary, entitled Women's LAMP--light brightening parish. |

| APRIL | |
| 1st: PALM SUNDAY | Palms are blessed outside of St. John Lutheran Church at 160 Central Avenue. Parishioners then process to Holy Family Church for the remainder of a bilingual celebration of Eucharist. St. John’s provides an annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser for its Youth Group. |
| 1st: Distribution of Easter Flowers | Flowers are distributed to the sick and homebound of the parish. |

Church/181 Western Ave., Albany (between Lake and Quail Streets) Registration-in the large building behind the church 12:45-1:15 pm Walkers step off at 1:30pm-Rain or Shine |
| 19th: Ordination | Of Miguel Fabian as Diaconate by Bishop Hubbard on Saturday at the Cathedral. Miguel ministered as deacon at Eucharist at the Noon Mass on Sunday, May 20th at our Parish. |
| 25th: Article | The Times Union newspaper published an article featuring parishioner Fausto Franco, Chairman of the Finance Council, entitled Table Setter Franco Fills Plate. |

Memorial Day Con-Celebration |
Held at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery at 1389 Central Avenue. An annual Mass co-sponsored by the parish and the cemetery staff to remember all those laid to rest at the cemetery. Mass followed by coffee and donuts. |

| JUNE | |
| 10th: Penetecost Sunday, Multi-Cultural Festival | An afternoon of free ethnic food and entertainment is provided for West Hill and Arbor Hill neighbors as well as to Holy Family Parishioners. The event is sponsored by the Parish Neighborhood/Hospitality Committee, along with assistance from Beth Emeth Congregation, residents of “Next Step” and “Hospitality House” and parishioners. Any parishioners who wish to volunteer time, ethnic foods or entertainment, are asked to please contact Claire Nolan through the parish office at (518) 465-3685. |
| 15th: St. Casimir's Regional School Graduation, Holy Family Parish | Congratulations to Frank Wilson, son of Roberta Sims of our Parish, who was the recipient of the “St. Francis Award” at the St. Casimir Regional School Graduation. Frank will begin his high school career at Bishop Maginn this coming fall. |
